We recommend booking your removal at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

What should I do to prepare for my move?

Are my belongings insured during the move?

What if my new home isn’t ready on moving day

If your new home isn’t ready, we can arrange for short-term storage of your items until you are ready to move in.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we can supply packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and tape at an additional cost.

Can you move heavy or large items?

Absolutely! Our team is trained to handle heavy and bulky items such as pianos, safes, outdoor furniture and large plants.

What are your working hours?

RJ Movers operate 7 days a week. We can also assist with moves in the evening if required.

How can I pay?

We happily accept bank transfers, cash and card payments for your convenience. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is due upon completion of services. Our cancellation policy is outlined in our terms and conditions.
